Owner Micah Duncan has spent decades in the trades, from general construction and building products to window manufacturing and installation. Since launching Duncan’s in 2016, he has focused on three things: serving customers well, doing right by neighbors, and building a business that stays involved in the community while continuing to improve. Duncan’s is local, experienced, and committed to doing the job right.

Doing right by neighbors means being the kind of business people can trust. That includes being honest, standing behind our work, and helping people even when the answer is not a sale. Sometimes that means pointing someone in the right direction, answering a question, or taking the time to have a real conversation. We believe local businesses should treat people like neighbors - not like numbers.

Just had a new front door, storm door and patio door installed by Duncan. The salesman Jeremy we worked with was very professional and came out twice to meet with us to make sure we were happy. Also lots of texts back and forth to assure what we were getting was correct. The installers went above and beyond doing other repairs that were found after removing old frames etc...I highly recommend Duncan for your door and window needs. A bonus Duncan was about 1/2 the price of another local door and window company.

So happy with our windows and experience! Started off with Jeremy for our consultation. He’s a very professional, upfront, and honest man. No pressure to buy! The day of install went seamlessly. Troy, the project manager, was just amazing to listen to and watch how he interacted with his crew. They are all such positive and encouraging people, which is a breath of fresh air these days!!! The beautiful windows were just the icing on the cake!!!! We removed quite a bit of oak and switched to white. It’s amazing how much brighter our house is. Highly recommend Duncan!!!
