Who We Are
Duncan’s Window & Door was built on experience, steady growth, and a commitment to doing right by people.
Owner Micah Duncan has worked in construction and the building trades since he was a teenager. From general construction and lumberyards to window manufacturing, delivery, installation, and custom residential work, he has spent decades learning the industry from the ground up. That hands-on background shaped the way Duncan’s operates today.
After years of experience in Michigan, Micah moved to Wisconsin in 2015. What started as a new chapter quickly turned into a new business. Duncan’s Window & Door officially launched in 2016 and has continued to grow through hard work, word of mouth, and a reputation for quality installation and honest service.
From the beginning, the goal was never to become the biggest company on the block. The goal was to build a company that serves customers well, does right by its neighbors, and stays involved in the community while continuing to move forward. That means combining personal service with professional standards - real communication, skilled installation, strong training, and a team that takes pride in doing the job right.
